University of Toronto — Temerty Faculty of Medicine

Official transcripts are required for many professional purposes, including hospital credentialing, medical licensing applications, fellowship programs, and immigration processes. The University of Toronto Office of the Registrar manages all transcript requests for current students and alumni.

Transcripts are available as official printed documents sent by mail or as official electronic transcripts delivered securely to the recipient institution.
